1. Website Usage Agreement

2. Service Description

Orbexio Diving Center provides diving and underwater adventure services including but not limited to:

• Beginner dive experiences and training
• PADI certified diving courses
• Advanced diving programs
• Snorkeling tours and adventures
• Wreck diving expeditions
• Underwater photography sessions
• Equipment rental and maintenance

3. Booking and Payment

All diving sessions and courses must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting us directly. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

• Beginner Dive Experience: €75
• Open Water Diver Course (PADI): €390
• Advanced Diver Course: €320
• Snorkeling Tour: €55
• Wreck Diving Adventure: €130
• Underwater Photography Session: €95

4. Cancellation Policy

Diving sessions and courses can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Participants are responsible for:

• Arriving on time for their scheduled diving sessions
• Providing accurate medical information and diving experience
• Following all safety instructions and guidelines
• Informing us of any medical conditions or concerns
• Bringing appropriate swimwear and personal items
• Paying for services as agreed
• Respecting marine life and underwater environment

While we take every precaution to ensure participant safety, diving involves inherent risks. Orbexio Diving Center maintains comprehensive insurance coverage and follows strict safety procedures. All participants must sign a liability waiver before participating in any diving activities.
